The First Year Baby Plan includes three Studio Portrait Sessions.

Newborn – 3 Months / 6 months old / 12 months old

We will meet at or around the approximate ages stated. Each child is different and will reach different milestones in their own special way. Sessions will never be rushed. I take my time, so there is never any pressure or time constraints.

Newborn – 3 Month Session: Please schedule this session as soon as you can. Your baby will grow and change so fast daily, so the earlier the better. We will take breaks; you can feed your baby, warm up a bottle, or nurse in private.

6 Month Session: This session should be scheduled when your child is sitting up independently. This will be a fun session! Lots of different things we can do.

12 month session: Try and schedule this session when your child is standing on his/her own. We will take some standing shots, and maybe some first steps. Then the fun comes…..we will present your one year old with their own cake! How this works: You supply the cake, keep it small. Even a cupcake will be great. White icing with pink or blue lettering is recommended. I will put a diaper cover on them, and let them go to town. Messy, but cute and priceless.

After every session, your images will be displayed to you in your very own Online Private Gallery.

FAQ’S

“Can I add other siblings or family members to this Baby Steps Plan?”
Sure, if you’d like too. But just remember the purpose of the 1st Year Baby Steps Plan is to focus on your baby

“What do I do if my child is sick on the scheduled appointment day?”
We want this to be a happy and pleasant experience. Please reschedule if your baby is sick. I will do my best to reschedule you as soon as I can.

“What do I bring with me?”
Changes of clothes, please keep clothing simple. The focus should be on the child. Stay away from logos, designs, busy patterns. Solid colors are nice. Toys, woobie, binky, food, drink, hairbrush, diapers, wipes, bottles, snacks. Bring whatever comforts your child and you.

“When does the Baby Steps Plan Expire?”
The Baby plan expires approximately 2 weeks after your child’s first birthday. (or until your child is standing). So please schedule accordingly. Premature births are the only exception as their milestones will be reached at later times.

“Can I skip a Photo Session?”
Because of the importance of documenting your baby’s life at these alloted times, I do not recommend that you skip a session.   What we are trying to achieve in the Baby Plan is to document these important milestones in your baby’s first year, at the alloted times.   There will be no discounted price if you skip a session. So try your best to keep all your child’s sessions.

“What do I get after my 1st Year Baby Steps Plan is complete?”

A $25.00 print credit after EVERY session that you may put towards prints from that session, totalling $75.00 to be used towards print credit.

At the end of the Baby Plan, you will pick out one of your favorite pictures from each session. Once you have chosen your three favorites photos, I will design a one-of-a-kind Baby Plan Photo Collage of your baby’s first year. No two of these collages are alike, as I custom make them to fit your own style and colors. Your baby’s name and birthdate will be displayed on the collage as well. This beautiful collage is size 16×20 and will be ready for framing. No need to purchase an extra mat as I will design it so it looks matted.
