Happy Holidays

Well, my daughter, Jamie has been bugging me for months to have her ears pierced. I was OK with the matter, but I explained to her that it would hurt and you had to take care of them, etc, etc…….but she STILL persisted……..So here we are at the “Claires” in the North Darmouth Mall having her ears pierced on Friday night before our visit to see Santa. She was soooooo brave…..she said “I’ll be tough, Mommy” ( she REALLY wanted this)…..I didn’t know they could do two ears at the same time, thank goodness! Imagine all the kids out there with just ONE ear pierced, heheheheh…….she did awesome up until the actual puncture….I had to put my camera down and just hug her…..I felt soooo bad……she cried for about 5 minutes then was totally fine! They gave her a sticker to wear that said, “I just got my ears pierced”. She was so proud to show Santa what she had just done! heheheheeh ain’t it the cutest!

I recently photographed one of Michelle’s boys for his class pictures, so she contacted me for a Christmas Portrait session of her two boys, Gilly and Greydon. These two brothers were both so adorable in their Christmas Outfits! We had fun and it was challenging, as Greydon had other plans for us….hehehe. We did manage to get some great shots, here are a few of my favorites.

It snowed for the first time this season today, and of course my daughter woke up estatic with the weather and we HAD to go play and make a snowman. Well her and her dad made the snowman together, then we all went for a walk in the woods. We all love the woods, it’s such a tranquil place. Did I mention that she loves to eat snow? heheheh ……. aaahhh…….a GREAT day in New England!! Happy Winter!!
